Client Support and Communication

You support our clients via email and WhatsApp, answer inquiries and keep projects on track. Friendly, professional and solution focused.

Content and Social Media

You create and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn for our clients. Writing copy, coordinating graphics, maintaining editorial calendars.

Research and Data Preparation

You research market information, competitors and target groups. You structure data clearly and create concise reports the team can act on.

Appointment Coordination and Organisation

You support the team with calendar management, scheduling and the preparation of meetings and client calls.

Lead Generation and CRM Management

You identify potential new clients, keep contacts updated in our CRM and support the sales team in preparing outreach activities.

Project Support and Quality Control

You accompany ongoing client projects, track deadlines, communicate status updates and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Who we are looking for

What you ideally bring to the table.

You do not need to be an expert in everything. But you should be eager to learn, take ownership and genuinely want to make a difference.

Excellent English language skills in writing and speaking. English is a strong plus.
Reliability and self responsibility. You meet deadlines and proactively communicate when something is not going as planned.
Comfort with digital tools such as Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, Canva or similar platforms.
Strong communication skills. You write clearly, warmly and professionally to both clients and the team.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn. The world of AI and automation moves fast. You want to be part of it and grow with it.
At least 10 hours per week available remotely with a stable internet connection. Full time or part time both welcome.
